    The service of a professional hunter

    Accommodation and meals plus soft drinks, beer and wine during

    dinner

    The service of camp staff, skinners and trackers

    The use of hunting vehicles within the hunting areas

    Field preparation of trophies

    Hunting licenses

     

    DAILY RATES EXCLUDE

    Air transfers to, from and between hunting areas

    Packing, dipping and shipping of trophies

    Gratuities to staff

    Trophy fees for animals bagged or wounded

    Rifles and ammunition

    Hotel accommodation before and after safari

    Bait for lion or leopard

    $ 500 per vehicle travelling expenses from the airport (JHB

    International)

    to the hunting area and back

     

    INSURANCE

    Hunters should arrange their own travel and accident insurance as no

    liability for

    injuries to persons and loss or damage to equipment is accepted

    VALUE ADDED TAX

    Attention is drawn to the fact, in terms of the South African Tax

    legislation,

    Daily rate quoted are inclusive of the Government levied Value Added

    Tax.

    Trophy fees quoted, are however exclusive of the Value Added Tax in

    view

    of the fact that trophies destinated for exportation do not attract Value

    Added Tax.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    A Deposit of 50 % of the total daily rate is required to confirm the

    Reservation. The balance is payable at commencement of the

    safari.

    If the safari is cancelled not less than 90 days prior to the

    agreed starting date, the deposit less expenses incurred, will be

    refunded.

    All payments are to be made either cash, by means of traveller’s

    cheques or bank guaranteed cheques. Trophy fees are payable on

    all animals killed or wounded and must be paid prior to departure

    from the hunting camp.

     

    ADDITIONAL COSTS

    Any other quests who accompany the hunter and wish to embark upon

    Extra tours to Game Reserves, Shopping Malls, etc will be

    accommodates with pleasure, but these costs will be over and above

    the cost of the Safari
