    This area lies within the Green Kalahari region of the Northern Cape Province, some 90km (60miles) west of the historical “Diamond City” of Kimberley and its renowned “Big Hole”.

    Other attractions include museums, numerous archaeological and San rock-art sites. Anglo-Boer War monuments and battlefields. Furthermore there are the alluvial diamond diggings along the Vaal River near Barkley West. Formal tours with specialist guides are arranged upon request to ensure added vallue to your visit.

    The outdoor fire-pit doubles as a source of warmth during those chilly winter evenings and hot coals for preparing mouth-watering traditional South African cuisine. A daily cleaning and laundry service adds to the comfort of your stay.
